So start from start you are confused between SSD and HDD because you have low budget obviously, but if you have enough money and money is not the case which is making you confuse about SSD or HDD what to buy then you should 110% go for SSD. SSD is better than HDD in every scenerio except for the money part. It will cost you more than HDD.
1. Performance
SSD performs way better than HDD in every case whether it is booting time or any game loading or an app loading in every speed related task SSD is better than HDD.
2. Price
HDD wins here. The price of HDD is lower than SDD. It’s not that you should run away from HDD. we all know in today’s generation pc’s and laptop’s we can have both HDD and SDD installed in our device. so what you can do is buy minimum 120 GB SSD and 1TB or 500GB HDD. And install OS and apps in SSD and store normal data like pictures and videos in HDD.

3. Read and Write Speed
SSD’s minimum read speed is 500MB/s and minimum write speed is 300 MB/s. And on the other hand, HDD’s read and write speed is about max to max 70-100MB/s just imagine how fast SSD’s are.
SSD’s are 4 to 5 times faster than HDD’s!!!.
4. Gaming
Obviously without any doubt SSD’s are better option for gaming as read and write speed of SSD’s are more than HDD’s. Games load 5 times faster in SSD than HDD.
5. Lifespan
There are lot’s of myths about lifespan of SSD. But let me clear this once and for all . It is true that SSD cells have a limited lifespan, but today this is not really an issue. Even if you were to constantly write data on to a hard disk, 24 hours a day, you’d still have decades until the disk eventually dies.
And if we compare HDD and SSD lifespan SSD’s lifespan are more as they are formed with lot’s of chips, But on the other hand HDD are Mechanical hard-drive so they tend damage easily than SSD’s.
